A single mother and former Literary It Girl discovers that her unflattering current reality is the subject of a hot filmmaker’s newest project.

An alcoholic salesman finds himself at the crossroads of his life.

After living in London for several years, Ramona and her boyfriend Nico, return to Madrid where she hopes to re-start her acting career. The evening before her first audition she meets Bruno, an older man. The following day, at the audition, she discovers that Bruno is the director of the film.

Ramona is 84, and she has announced that she is ready to die. While her family is making the preparations, however, she changes her mind.

Ramona is a little girl with a very big imagination and a nose for mischief. Her playful antics keep everyone in her loving family on their toes, including her older sister Beezus, who's just trying to survive her first year of high school. Through all the ups and downs of childhood, Ramona and Beezus learn that anything's possible when you believe in yourself and rely on each other.

Ramona takes all her therapist's advice as the word of God. But instead of enlightenment, she finds herself in a trinity of confusion with an empty chair.
